The 55 year old Romanian Chief Executive of Air Canada finished his law degree at University of Ottawa where he also finished his Doctorate degree in law. Rovinescu has an impressive career and track record before leading the ninth-largest passenger airline in the world.

It is noteworthy that a lot of customer feedback refers to the good quality of the customer service of the crew, some even said “..flight with them and the staff, service and aircraft were exceptional.” and “being treated extra special” this feedback falls under the quality of service that the flight staff provides. It is safe to say that Air Canada is one of the pillars in the Airline industry today. Considering the impressive history of the company, the advantage they have because of the number of their fleet, that can almost cover the north american region and other regions. But still if we’re talking about customer feedback Air Canada still needs to improve their customer service function.
