EasyJet Reviews

A rich tradition and background under its belt, Easyjet is known for quite a few things if you look at their EasyJet reviews. Online, you will glean the information that the website looks normal and is specially organised for people who want to get the most out of life. Whether or not the airline actually achieved that through its efforts and service quality is another matter.

Easy as it Goes

EasyJet is a British low-cost airline that’s the largest in terms of passengers carried in the country, probably due to the fact that it caters exclusively economy-class seats. Founded in 1995, it began with Greek Cypriot businessman Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou.

The airline has a fleet size of 218 and flies to 134 destinations. Its budget-friendliness had propelled its expansion and it employs 11,000 personnel throughout Europe. Its largest among 24 bases is located in Gatwick, United Kingdom.

EasyJet CEO Reviews

Easyjet CEO Carolyn Julia McCall

Some slogans the airline is associated with are “europe by easyJet, “”business by easyJet” and “This is Generation easyJet.

Their CEO, Carolyn Julia McCall, is a colourful character born on September 13, 1961 to British immigrants, and partly raised and educated in India. She then took up a BA in history and politics at the University of Kent, Canterbury. After training as a teacher, she pursued a Master’s in politics from the University of London. It was on March 24, 2010 that it was announced that she would be CEO of EasyJet. She currently lives with her husband and three children in Berkhamsted.

People’s Opinions on it

EasyJet reviews are on a league of their own, it is with them that we see some brutal comments, which are also undeniably true. The great variety among them, among these reviewers, make us think that they can’t be lying. Comments on the negative or positive were incredibly detailed.

They have poor customer service, a point which has been reiterated time and again in EasyJet reviews. Steve quips, “Amateur staff professionally trained in disrespecting it’s customers through every step of the way; welcome to Easyjet.” Their cabin crew would vastly improve if it looked as though they were really into serving passengers, which apparently they don’t.

Their overall rating in website of 2.6 out of 10 is particularly discouraging. They do not contact their customers back after long periods, they don’t show any initiative to set things straight.

Peering into their Website

Upon landing on their website, this EasyJet review sees that it is lively and shows different aspects of culture and active images strewn throughout possibly meant to reflect their passion for people. Other than that, it appears normal enough for an airline site, with its theme predominantly orange on top of a still of a beachside.

e siteYou can manage your bookings like change your seats or add extra bags beforehand. You can also check in online. Their other services are booking hotels and renting cars which you can do here. Meanwhile, passengers with special needs ought to inform the airline about their condition or specification at least 48 hours before their flight.

Their Inspire Me section shows a number of destination guides and inspirations for your general travel while their Holidays tab shows information to fuel your plans for holidaying anywhere with a similar set-up to the former.

The more you browse their site, the more you’ll appreciate it for its sheer content. They had arranged it well with reasonable order that can be the object of positive Easyjet reviews. Their loyalty program, Nectar, is the largest in the United Kingdom, with more than half of the country’s households using their points towards life activities and services. The main point behind is a deduction from your next Easyjet flight fare, with 500 points amounting to £2.50 off your transaction.

In Conclusion

e planeThe most prominent criticism about this airline attacks its customer service. Their staff seem incompetent on a whole new level. Their site gives off the same vibe but is at least much more acceptable.

Though some reviewers praise in EasyJet reviews, most comments that are the most vivid tend towards the negative. The latter occupy review sites and give us a dark view into the airline’s not-so-celebrated sides.
