Helloworld Reviews

Say ‘hello’ to the world with an agency trusted by most Australians. Travelling has gone a new direction due to the offerings of website Helloworld.com.au. Their enterprise gives you an opportunity to contact them via other means as well and they’re surely poised to answer the travelling needs of people or that is what we glean from a number of Helloworld reviews.

Its Beginnings

Helloworld CEO Reviews

Helloworld.com.au CEO Jeremy Reitman

Helloworld.com.au is helloworld’s official website. Both of them are owned by Australian-listed company Helloworld Limited. Helloworld’s been helping Aussie travellers  “see the world” through the Harvey World Travel, Jetset Travel, Travelworld, Travelscene American Express, Best Flights and Best Cruises brands for more than 40 years now. Their network across Australia allows its customers to reach their stores, their online site helloworld.com.au and their call centres for a more consolidated travel service experience.

Its CEO is Jeremy Reitman. Within 12 months of the site’s launch, he had heralded the site to a position within the top 10 online travel sites.

At 2014’s Australian Federation of Travel Agents National Travel Industry Awards. Helloworld was awarded “Australia’s Best Travel Agency Group.” Their app also was recognised as one of iTunes’ “Best Travel Apps. Likewise, Business Spectator named it a top 5 must-have travel app.

People’s Comments

Some Helloworld reviews blast the company behind their unpleasant experiences. Such as booking a different service than that which was reserved. Amending this is a problem with them. Their call centres give them unwonted issues as well in terms of poor communication. Surcharges abound left and right, the kind of thing that leads people online to keep on suggesting to book directly instead and this is obviously unwanted publicity.

Christopher from trustpilot, on the other hand, notes that Helloworld.com.au is the “cheapest and the easiest” site to book from. So it seems as though Helloworld reviews are split depending on how people experienced them. They’re worth a try, those negative Helloworld reviews may sound grave but you’ll still have the option to trust them and base your review on your own.

hello siteThe Website

There’s nothing special about their website, this Helloworld review sees that it looks like your common site. It’s variously colourful and helps people navigating it be pleasantly surprised by its more cheerful aspects. It’s a fairly great one to visit and you can’t complain about its design if you’re looking out more for content.

You can arrange your hotel, flights, vacation packages and car rentals from their main home page tabs. Their booking section stipulates “No Online Booking Fees” which is just another thing that Helloworld offers. Further on, you’ll find hotel deals under specific cities which you can just click through.

Their business structure gives customers the option to call them, visit their store or their website. They have 24/7 customer support and experts everywhere who have all the resources and tips to help you. Helloworld logo ReviewsIn a Nutshell

Helloworld reviews do have some glaring facts in them but then others sing it praises. Who will you then trust? It’s not recommended to approach an agency with gut feel, which is why you ventured into Helloworld reviews to begin with. Yeah, incredibly irritating when they do that. However i’d like to keep an open mind and trust the good points in this review.
