No one wants any company to confuse the whole process, and reviews give us an idea of how interprets their vision.

Trivia is that Isango is Zulu for “gateway,” and they want people to think of them as a gateway to the world. They stress on “culture, people, places” when travelling which is one of their beliefs they apply to their business. Their brand mascot, Blossom, is an adventurous bee who has travelled farther than her fellow bees and is the best guide and tour companion for your own adventures.

Its CEO and Co-Founder, along with Aseem Sadana, is Ranjan Singh.

Things People Say About them

Their website seems informal and haphazardly put together and their customers aren’t satisfied. Most travel companies of this sort may have issues refunding their customers or they botch up their plans and reservations.

Another common problem is the price difference between the website’s current price and what they visitor reserved; their customer support representatives were curt and dismissed this by saying that the present rate is the right one. This makes their people some of the worst support, according to reviews,

The Website

Unfortunately, their website though meaning well, is, rather predictable. It’s fine if you’re looking for something that serves its purpose, and actually, the more you use it the more you’ll appreciate its freshness but it’s tiresome to look at. A fair amount of movement happens on their site, and it seems to slow the server down. These pop up in most special sections, and their bottom most group of icons of images is so fast changing that you can hardly pick anything out. website ReviewsA link to their official blog is here. They described their language as “funny (usually), controversial (sometimes) and insightful (always)” and we hope that you feel the same way when you look through their place reviews, guides and more.

Concluding Words

Isango doesn’t only disappoint from its dull website, they also carry out our worst fears through their actual service throughout customer support. Their overall impression isn’t very favourable as they seem all over the place and they look as though they don’t care about how they look to reviews. Despite positive reviews, they’re generally running on a weak pulse, with too strong negative ones out.

Thats what you expct from such a gaudy site, it’s a surefire way to screw up your trip if you rely on agencies that don’t get things right.
