Where it Came From
JetBlue is the fifth largest airline in the United States of America. JetBlue was started in August 1998 in Delaware and began operating on February 11, 2000. It was founded by David Neeleman, back when it was still called “New Air.”
Its President since January 1 2014 is Robin Hayes. He has been its CEO on the other hand since February 16, 2015. He has been with JetBlue since August 2008. Hayes was educated at the University of Bath.

JetBlue’s main base is a the John F. Kennedy International Airport. It has around 17,000 employees and operates under the slogan, “You Above All.” It was a fleet size of 211 and flies to 97 destinations.
J.D. Power 2015 North America Airline Satisfaction Study awarded JetBlue with its 11th consecutive Customer Satisfaction survey wherein for the first time in history, a low-cost carrier scored past 800 points out of 1,000.
People’s Comments on It
Problems with JetBlue remain with its punctuality, with some passengers having had to wait some time due to delays. Another thing, as we see in this JetBlue review, is their customer service. They remain rather ambivalent towards their fliers. Passengers feel disappointed and angry with the treatment that they receive and wish them to be more desirous in dealing with others.
Their staff usually brush them off or make uncalled-for decisions like recruiting a security officer to help oversee the issue. Many find that this is unnecessary and they surely had lost customers this way.

As this JetBlue review saw, the airline should warm up in terms of customer service. They could definitely improve in that arena, whether on land or on air. Many people notice their approach to customers and this doesn’t improve their reputation. Going the extra mile to help really makes a difference.
