Jetsetter Reviews

Jetsetter logo ReviewsJetsetters are people who roam the world in high style and are travel-savvy and up-to-trend. These people come across as sophisticated and tasteful so let’s see if the travel company Jetsetter lives up its chosen name in this Jetsetter review.

We’ll base our final opinion on Jetsetter reviews about people’s experiences with them. Whether or not jetting off with Jetsetter has any problems is a concern that their own self-description lurks on.

Jetsetter CEO Reviews

Jetsetter CEO Rob Deeming

Jetsetter is an online community that provides, based on their website jetsetter.com, “insider access, expert knowledge, and exclusive deals” on travel. The company has its headquarters at New York and was founded on September 30, 2009. In 2013, it became a part of the TripAdvisor network of sites.

Their website is self-described as being a reliable resource for those who want to learn more about a particular hotel’s quality. If it’s Jetsetter Approved or Jetsetter Verified, it means that the hotel meets their own high standards. One of their mobile app features, Jetsetter Now, can secure you up to 60% off hotel fees. Rob Deeming is Jetsetter’s CEO.

According to its Users

On website Trustpilot.com, Jetsetter reviews give the service a fairly high rating of 6.7 out of 10. However, some negative Jetsetter reviews bring them down. “Communication with them was horrible,” says Elle Zee and their preceding trip was “poorly organized, poorly planned, mediocre, and not a good value.” Getting a hold of them takes a long time and even then, they are treated ambivalently by those on the other end. Sometimes, their open hours policy is the reason why customers miss out on cancellations and thereby incur cancellation or change fees.

Some occasions were marked by getting a bad room which is a curious thing as Jetsetter apparently takes hotel selection seriously. The customers’ negative experience with them as evinced from their Jetsetter reviewers contradicts the quality which they initially promised.

Viewing their Website

Jetsetter website ReviewsThe images on their main website are large-format and speak for themselves. On account of their size, you can get a clear idea on what section you’ll be diving into from the view alone. They leave us with a literal sneak peek into a hotel room or a panoramic scene making it worth a lot to us in terms of ideas.

Online are arranged the places by region and elsewhere, which you can easily click on when searching for your ideal sale. Jetsetter focuses on the most popular or the biggest trends on their page.

It’s best to view this link where you can access some of the most prominent social media sites that they have: Pinterest, Twitter and Facebook. Furthermore, here is their official Jetsetter magazine. It contains some of the most diverse articles imaginable, you can literally read anything off its online arm. These are mostly about travel and appear falling under a category the list and variety of which is seemingly endless. It may be a bit too much, but you’ll never get tired with viewing their page and you’re sure to be doused with culture and scenic views. According to their websites, it’s a place for features ranging from “honeymoon advice to hot summer haunts; margaritas to music festivals.”

Before they introduce their FAQs, they inform the visitor of various technicalities related to their site or inform them on how to properly contact their offices. One to Watch Out For

Jetsetter starts out strong and remains relatively so if you take into account the various Jetsetter reviews. Their website, I think, is fine but nothing too remarkable. If you are looking at the Jetsetter reviews, you will find that their negative Jetsetter reviews are the usual suspects. They still garner a high rating and any human errors on their part can be forgiven given other more favourable aspects.

Kind of disappoitnig service. didn;t make it through and their staff don’t seem to care about how they look like; their site’s dull and expected. Not much good to say, simply a flop.

  2. Justin says:

This is BAD because I expected it to be Great! They just messed up their entire service and to think that their website is all right.
