Laterooms Reviews

Laterooms logo ReviewsHaving the word “late” included in your company name is more a bane than a boon. It gives off a happy-go-lucky impression and people online are sure to associate it with their direct experiences. Whatever these Laterooms reviews indicate, the name remains a crucial element of its overall brand and image and its reputation reflects its inherent quality.

A Brief Overview and History

Laterooms Co-Founder Reviews

Laterooms Co-Founder Steven Walsh

Brothers Steven, Paul and Tony Walsh launched a hotel directory listing in 1999 which later included services to book hotel rooms through their website or through phone contact. This is Lateroom.com which is a hotel reservation site catering worldwide from its place of origin, in England. It has an itinerary of more than 150,000 hotels worldwide and the most hotels for a travel site  within the kingdom.

Its headquarters are located at the The Peninsula Building, Manchester in the United Kingdom. It operates with the slogan, “Make it Happen. Make it LateRooms.com.” In 2013, they were British Travel Awards’ “Best Hotel Booking Company.”

Reviews from its Users

Laterooms reviews are scathing accounts of their service. The usual culprits — cancellation, refunds, unsatisfactory customer service and disappointing hotels — abound. Afterwards, people online rate Laterooms.com a low score urging others not to use them.

They aren’t too reliable in giving others what they want as they had ruined for themselves their image through their own disconcerting and doubtful efforts. Repeated instances of operation failures had been keenly documented in Laterooms reviews; add this to their dismaying website and few would be convinced.

The Website

Laterooms website ReviewsTheir website at laterooms.com is rather disappointing, lacking in the looks department. It’s crude and unkempt-looking with no real design, this doesn’t seem to be their priority. Basically, it’s composed of a very large image of a night in a town strung with lights amidst vast buildings. These reflect the changing hands of the seasons and other important events and holidays. Laterooms promises “It’s going to be a great night.’

It offers their customers to “book now, pay later,” a potential goldmine for Laterooms Reviews. Meanwhile, their Contact us and About Us pages aren’t super informative but they are written in a fun, clear straightforward language reflecting their informal and friendly approach to doing business. Another section is their Things we care about: green advocacies, commitment to various charities and foundations and travel tips.

Could Use More Improvement

Laterooms icon image ReviewsThis service is as disappointing as their website. They seem to disregard the important points and appear lazy in their efforts, or lack of it. Their objectionable name is a starting point, culminating in an expected site that uses unsavory elements. Laterooms reviews grant them a belated level of quality that could do with more thought or more professionalism.

This is the ugliest most zippy site I had ever encountered. How do you expect people to trust such boring graphics and poor design!?
