Ryanair Reviews

A low-cost airline will have its differences from other airlines in a country. People are mainly attracted to the savings that it offers and tend to choose it knowing that they’ll still be receiving quality treatment and service at a lower price. These things make budget airlines attractive and resilient in the market.

These Ryanair reviews expound on the Irish airline’s immediate performance and how much it has impressed its passengers, whether in a good or bad way.

Who Owns it?

Ryanair CEO Reviews

Ryanair CEO Michael Kevin O’Leary

Ryanair is an Irish low-cost airline, the largest and busiest in Europe. Its headquarters are in Swords, Dublin, Ireland and its bases are at Dublin and London Stansted Airports. The airline was founded in 1985 and most recently has an employee count of 9, 501.

54-year old Irishman Michael Kevin O’Leary is Ryanair’s CEO. He was born on March 20, 1961 in Kanturk, Country Cork.  He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin in Economic and Social Studies . Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive in 1994, O’Leary was deputy chief executive of Ryanair between 1991 to 1994.

People’s Comments

Ryanair reviews are on the negative side, which at first is a curiosity to us after we’d seen their official website. Common complaint is when passengers check in and have a mandatory 45 euro fee or for not printing the flight boarding passes.

The entire process in using Ryanair is a frustration and time and cost-consuming, considering the distance of the airport and any additional fees. No matter who you are, they get treated with oversight and insensitively.

Their staff were branded as “super rude” who do not know how to deal with people. The food was bad and extras such as beverages were another compounded expense. Ryanair reviews repeat these issues, most fliers vow not to use them again,

Ryanair website is remarkable for its bright colours and bold interface, bold fonts and blocklike images that dominate the space.

You can check in online and check travel details such as your flight info and route maps. Aside from this, you can search for flights, cars and hotels. Their blog stands on its own, a readable site with the most recent articles  ranging from destinations guides to quirky lists.

Through their website, you can get great car rental deals and around 50% off from hotels if you arrange them through here. Ryanair has special offers for group travellers and Family Extra, with children getting as much as 50% off.

Final Words

Ryanair logo ReviewsRyanair is an airline that’ll leave you impressed with its website and then dismayed by its Ryanair reviews. It could help if we didn’t know about the unfriendly crew, most people would really find this disturbing as customer service is highly valued and important to how you experience your flight. Their other minor service were bland, they could simply change their outlook and make everyone, including themselves, happy.

I guess their site’;s great, can;t say the same about their service. I can;t believe how they can seem so great and then weak at the same time.

I really love how lively their site is. And I only hope that they don’t do anything to disappoint me or anyone interested in them. It seems as though they let passengers down.
