Ryanair is an Irish low-cost airline, the largest and busiest in Europe. Its headquarters are in Swords, Dublin, Ireland and its bases are at Dublin and London Stansted Airports. The airline was founded in 1985 and most recently has an employee count of 9, 501.

54-year old Irishman Michael Kevin O’Leary is Ryanair’s CEO. He was born on March 20, 1961 in Kanturk, Country Cork.  He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin in Economic and Social Studies . Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive in 1994, O’Leary was deputy chief executive of Ryanair between 1991 to 1994.

Ryanair reviews are on the negative side, which at first is a curiosity to us after we’d seen their official website. Common complaint is when passengers check in and have a mandatory 45 euro fee or for not printing the flight boarding passes.

The entire process in using Ryanair is a frustration and time and cost-consuming, considering the distance of the airport and any additional fees. No matter who you are, they get treated with oversight and insensitively.

Their staff were branded as “super rude” who do not know how to deal with people. The food was bad and extras such as beverages were another compounded expense. Ryanair reviews repeat these issues, most fliers vow not to use them again,

    I guess their site’;s great, can;t say the same about their service. I can;t believe how they can seem so great and then weak at the same time.

    I really love how lively their site is. And I only hope that they don’t do anything to disappoint me or anyone interested in them. It seems as though they let passengers down.
