What People Think of It

Unfortunately, quite a number of Starwoodhotels reviews play around the negative. Mostly, they pertain to the inefficient customer service which people receive. It seems as though their clients matter little to them, their corresponding transactions seem rushed. It’s either their staff appear rude or they do not settle matters at all until the customer approaches them.

Since a vast majority of their reviews don’t look good, this fares badly for them. They’ll need to work on their “people skills,” the most common complaint of its users. They, as Starwoodhotels reviews repeat, have an “attitude” issue and need to work on their business practices. They don’t even return most feedback and barely answer concerns.

However, according to this Starwoodhotels review, their official website appears so professional that there’s nothing bad you can say about it. It looks like they recruited some web master to design it for them and their hard efforts paid off. Many of the site’s visitors would instantly be stricken by its stunning layout or its very well-chosen store of images, which appear as though they were also taken precisely for

Ahh, the customer service issue again, when will we ever tire of hearing about OTA’s getting grilled about how they treat their customers. I hope Starwoodhotels will prove itself otherwise.

  2. Stuart Roeneveld says:

You pretty much had me with bad customer service. I don’t think i can trust anyone who has attitude problems. I’d rather go elsewhere..
