TravelHero Reviews

TravelHero has an interesting name from which we can deduce that they are heroes to our travelling needs: a noble assumption. They  intend to offer the best services to their customers, ideally with a twist and constantly aiming for the best. They have an interesting take on their business and we could see as much based on TravelHero reviews or on their official website.

Its Origins

TravelHero logo ReviewsTravelHero is an Internet-based service providing hotels, cars and airline reservations. An industry leader in the field of travel, the company was founded in 1995 by Rob Lamb  back when the online travel industry was in its infancy. After 9/11, they started concentrating on business to business relationships.

It boasts access to more than 35,000 hotels and listings in the world. They’ve got a great website that lets you in on the experience if you stay there for longer

Rob Lamb is Chief Executive Officer of the company. GolfHero is a partner product of TravelHero and something which he also manages. Lamb’s experience and achievements previously involved as Director of GoldHero helped his being selected for the position.

Sometimes, TravelHero gets  bad rep. These are minor but noteworthy. Despite their resemblance to the typical travel website’s problems, their detailedness is one way to learn more about the service. Getting a “request failed” or ”currently unavailable” error message is enough to make anyone nervous, it also costs time having to repeat the entire process and this in particular is one customer’s comment. Website

TravelHero website ReviewsTheir official site at is an immediate experience. Visitors get bombarded with a large image, filling the entire screen; this is a screenshot of a key location or tourist attraction and is enough to whet the wanderlust in you as you proceed to navigate the rest of their portal.

Keep on clicking away at any button you see on screen, you can get to their Rewards page which is located at the top of the website. In this new page, you’ll find that you earn rewards from Rewards Hero purchases. Examples of such rewards include Home Depot, Golfsmith an Champs Sport Reward, aside from a Reward to Chilis. To receive them, all you have to do is sign up or sign in.

A link to their informative FAQ page is included. For more information, offers and updates about, kindly view their Twitter account here.

Final Words

TravelHero image hero ReviewsBased on these TravelHero reviews, the website alone looks valid enough to gain our trust. Few TravelHero reviews exist, but if we try using their service, we can get a taste of how they usually perform. They have a lot under their belt, a wide selection of hotels to choose from and a refined search engine system that streamlines and narrows down results in ways not seen anywhere else.

Boring website with equally unsatisfactory, clumsy service. DO not use this site.
