Do you think that online travel agencies with longer shelf lives are better or more outdated? In the world of business, there’s always room for improvement and that also means change. Some practices will need to keep up with what people want if they want to continue. Others, on the other hand do this effortless. TravelNow reviews point to certain sides of their performance and is consequently known for a particular image.
Its Origins and Ownership
TravelNow is one of the world’s earliest online travel agencies. It provides hotel, car and air reservations, travel news and information concerning destinations such as maps and live weather forecasts.
42-year old Jeffrey A. Wasson founded TravelNow in May 1995. He had served as its CEO. He was its Director since August 6, 1999. Wasson majored in BS Travel and Tourism at the University of Missouri in Columbia. He dabbles in mentorship and invests in various businesses, starting investing in startups in 2001. In that year, TravelNow was sold to Hotels.com. TravelNow currently operates under Expedia.com.
A Glimpse into their Website
There’s a lot to say about their website. Its design is effective enough to make you think that their company may be legitimate. It’s nice in an understated way and has some of the most creative shots of locations you can find.
Their site shows top deals and locations along with their prices and rating. In these, they list down featured properties within specific cities. Click on the links and you’ll be lead to more information about its amenities and check in times.
Most of your questions can be answered in their FAQ page.
What People Say
TravelNow reviews repeat customers’ experiences with their customer support. They could hope for better quality English. Actually getting through to their company is the root of this problem. People in TravelNow reviews don’t know how to: submitting queries through their website causes errors and their phone number is difficult to locate.
Dee from consumeraffairs.com says that they “don’t give you all the information you need” before booking. If you have trouble contacting them after hunting for this information, people will eventually learn to look elsewhere. They’re not getting what they are searching for and dealing with errors such as cancellations is too costly.

This TravelNow review has the impression that they’ve got a great site but need to at least have improved customer support. Problems go back to misunderstandings. Cancelling through them would be less of a deal if they could provide valid excuses or be better in representing their service. There’s room to change how people view them if they know where to start.
